A lot of us take good health for granted and engage in activities that could deteriorate a healthy body. You do not have to be a superstar in order to stay in shape and ensure that you are looking good…always. Having good health is your God-given right, but you also need to ensure that you play your own part.

It is impossible to enjoy life when you are in a poor state of health. People who are sick will find it hard to enjoy the tastiest meals, refreshing drinks and the joy of being in the company of loved ones.

Eating fresh vegetables, unprocessed foods, and exercising at least 30 minutes a day will help you stay healthy.

 2.       Have Some Peace of Mind

You never know the joy of having some peace of mind until you have lost it. Eating fresh food, and exercising from morning till night is not the only way to stay healthy. Mental and emotional health is very important in order to live a better and more fulfilling life.

Try your best to forgive those who have hurt you, and you will enjoy a healthier life. You can pray to God to help you forgive those who may have robbed you of your rights, happiness, self esteem, matrimonial bliss etc letting go of all the hurt and pain will help you attain emotional and spiritual healthiness.

 3.       Boost your Lifespan and Look Younger than You Actually Are

Looking after your emotional and physical wellbeing will not only help you achieve boost your self esteem (being complimented on your glowing skin will boost your self esteem); it would also boost your lifespan and you will look a lot younger than your real age.

      Great Post! The pasta salad looks delicious to! I am one that definitely believes in reversing the age process and we can do this by getting more rest & putting the right nutrients into our bodies.

      I’ve also feel a lot better whenever I eat in smaller portions to, I have to do this to avoid falling asleep during the daytime while I’m working on my computer!

      I think healthy eating, and in particular eating fresh fruit and vegetables everyday is so important. I think one when he or she is younger can think they can get away with eating junk and processed food. However, a poor diet will always catch up with us in the end.
